Acceptance

By browsing this site or commissioning a study from WillowCore Utility Ltd, you agree to these terms. If you are contracting on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company.

Studies and deliverables

We provide professional analytics studies — maps, briefs, and readouts — as described on the relevant study page and in your written confirmation. Deliverables are informational. They do not constitute legal, financial, or regulatory advice.

Intellectual property

Path maps, posters, and written briefs remain the intellectual property of WillowCore Utility Ltd until the final invoice is paid in full. After payment, you receive a licence to use the deliverables inside your organisation for campaign planning. You may not resell the maps as a product or republish them as training materials without written consent.

Client materials

You confirm you have the right to share ESP exports and landing URLs with us. You remain responsible for redacting personal data beyond what the study requires.

Liability

We take reasonable care in cleaning exports and drawing paths. We are not liable for commercial decisions you make after a readout, for ESP outages, or for tracking gaps in third-party tools. Our aggregate liability for any study is limited to the fees paid for that study.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, reflecting our establishment in Great Britain.

Changes

We may update these terms on this page. The version dated on publication applies to new commissions after that date.
